Hartley (Canton, South Dakota), born in Richmond, Ohio, who passed away on March 11, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Windle and Wyvona Windle (Hyde); her husband Joseph E. Hartley; her siblings, Robert Windle, James Windle, Dale Windle and Beverly Lamb (Windle); and her grandson Kevin Hartley.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald K. Hartley of Canton, SD and Joseph K. Hartley of New Paris, OH.; her grandson Chad D. Hartley; her great grandchild Jeffery D. Hartley; her brother Larry Windle; and her sister-in-law Cyndee Windle of Loxley, AL..
