He is survived by: his daughters, Kerri Keogh (Scott) and Kelli Levenhagen (Lon); his brothers, Robin Mullinix (Rhonda Vosberg) and Michael Mullinix (Valerie); and his grandchildren, Kaylee, Griffin and Landon. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
