He is survived by: his wife Joyce Foster; his children, Rick Block (Mary), Randy Block (Lori), Mike Block (Debbie), Lenny Jr. Block (Patti) and Lynnette West (Bart); and his sisters, Angie Reiter and Artilda Haffner. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; a great-great grandchild.
