She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elmer Soderstrom and Ethel Soderstrom; her brother Elmer; her niece Susan Norton; her children, Mari Schwarting, Tom Gilman (Patty) and Dan Gilman (Sheila); her grandchildren, Olivia, Angelyn, Jacob, Benjamin, Sara, Matthew, Laura, Austin, Braelyn, Zachary and Jackson; and her brother Rodney Soderstrom (Dorothy).
