He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Ryken and Matilda Ryken (Jeep); and his sister Lorraine Hermanson Voigt. He is survived by: his wife Hilma Kruse; his children, Duane Ryken (Marcia), Rhonda Duncan and Darwin Ryken (Lynette); his stepsiblings, Jim Toft (Marilyn), Lonnie Toft (Paula) and Mavis Fjellanger; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Voigt and Jean Toft. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
