He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hoover and Marian Hoover (Anderson); and his siblings, Dwight, Lowell, Eugene, Wava Burgess and Hope Cruz.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Fry; and his grandson Mark Hoover. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
