He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Ashmore and Wilma Ashmore (Hinkley); his daughter Jeana Ashmore; his nephew Sidney Ashmore; and his grandson Michael Hamann.
He is survived by: his brothers, Roland (Nita), Jim (Jan) and Gary (Jaci); his wife Diana Sperle Erickson; and his children, Jaylynn Ashmore-Prince (Dan), Danielle Hamann (Jeff), Justin Ashmore and Natisha Widener (Frank). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
