He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin and Emma (Scheidt); and his siblings, Elsie Larson, Norma Anderson, Robert and Herbert.
He is survived by: his wife Ida Heineman of Canton; his children, Lynn Weinacht (Kevin) of Cresco, Greg Stelzer (Monica) of Dell Rapids, Nancy Fods (Verlyn) of Madison, Denise Grayson (Scott) of Montrose and Brian Stelzer (Lori) of Dell Rapids; and his brother Arthur of Sioux Falls.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the George Boom Funeral Home. A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
