She is survived by: her mother Alice Diekevers of Inwood, IA; her husband Rich Ekle; her son Keith Ekle (Amber) of Bellevue, NE; her granddaughters, Katelyn Barnes (Jimmy), Salt, Morgan and Adalee Ekle; her sisters, Eloise Hoekstra of Rock Rapids, IA, Carol Friest (Doug), Norma Maurer (Alan), Mary Koele (Warren) and Diane Wildeboer (Verlin); and her niece Kady (Kathryn). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
