He is survived by: his children, Todd Pottratz (Jizele) and Stacy Gunnarson (Mark); his grandchildren, Jade Reimnitz (Luke), Noah Gunnarson, Dane Gunnarson, Braden Pottratz (Margaret), Tanner Pottratz (Sarah) and Rylee Dubbelde (Nathan); and his great grandchildren, Harrison and Hattie Pottratz. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
