It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Bowling (Canton, South Dakota), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on December 10, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Bowling and Mary Bowling (Amos); his son Gene Dixon-Bowling; and his great grandchild Mason Lokken. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Olmstead; his foster children, Kimberly Wells (Dan), Michael Zylstra (Vanna) and David Wagner (Jenny); his grandchildren, Chelsea Fossum (Dylan), Jesse, Brandy Lokken, Brian Wells, Tristen and Keaten Wagner; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Jack, Reid Fossum and Brendan Lokken; his siblings, Dr. Andrew Bowling (Donna) and Susan Burgess (Bruce "Buzz"); and his stepbrothers, John Hess and Morgan Hess.
