He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mullinix and Helen Mullinix (Dose); his brothers, Bill Mullinix and Larry Mullinix; and his half-siblings, Roger Morris and Beverly Aulner.

He is survived by: his wife Lois Crawford; his children, Shane Mullinix (Tiffany Kreun) and Lynn Waite (Travis); and his grandchildren, Austin Waite (Abbi), Elena Waite (Junior Lopez), Callie Waite and Wyatt Mullinix.
