With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Olson (Canton, South Dakota), who passed away on November 19, 2019 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin O. Tuntland and Opal M. Tuntland (Erickson); her sister Alice Rud; and her great grandchild Braeden Olson. She is survived by: her husband Wayne L. Olson; her children, Kathleen Brus (Rick) of Buffalo, WY, Keith Olson (Jill) and Kari Fiedler; her grandchildren, Nathan Olson (Billie), Heide Olson, Seth Olson, Kayla Ponto (Cole) and Marty Fiedler (Katie); her great grandchildren, Ashton, Midas, Calway, Kathryn Olson and Isabella; and her sister Norma Alstad of Fargo, ND.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Canton Lutheran Stained Glass Window Fund, the Care and Share Quilting Group, or anyone else that needs a hand.
