He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Morgan and Ethel Morgan (Rehnstrom); his daughter Barbara; and his sisters, Anna Severtson and Bette Gerhard.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Childers; his children, Billie Jr. (Mary), David and Daren; his grandchildren, Derek Morgan (Allyson), Jessica Martens (Jason), James Morgan, Whitney Marteney (Jason), Sydney Morgan, Charlie Espeland and Hunter Espeland; and his siblings, Robert Morgan and Bonnie Haugen. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
