He was predeceased by: his parents, Eelke "Ed" Cramer and Minnie Cramer (Reitsma). He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Cramer, Cal Cramer (Katie) and Justin Cramer (Andrea); his grandchildren, Harvey, Lily and Layla; his siblings, Carol Bonnema (Dan), Edna Van De (Howard) and Ted Cramer (Lois); his stepdaughter Tracy Farnsworth; and his stepgranddaughter Sophia. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
