He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Darlene and Robert Zulk. He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Zulk of Canova and Kathy Zulk (Burnham) of Howard; his brother Kurt of Howard; and his grandparents, Richard and Karen Burnham. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
