It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orval Joseph Lambertz (Canistota, South Dakota), who passed away on April 7, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Lambertz and Rosanna Lambertz (Kappenman); his daughters, Noreen Hagen (Lester) and Teresa Lambertz; his wife Nona; and his son Chuck.
He is survived by: his brother Oral; his children, Carol Williams (Riley), Charles Lambertz (JoAnn), John Lambertz (Nina), Cynthia Fischer (Chip), Colleen Lambertz (Mary Jo Nyblad) and Julie Gregory (Wayne); his former wife Betty Parry; his stepdaughters, Debbie Heitzman-Spencer (Dennis) and Charlotte Volden (Joe); and his stepgranddaughters, Laurie Rosendahl-Mitchell (Wim) and Karin Heitzman-Sioux Falls. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
