With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luverne Buehner of Canistota, South Dakota, who passed away on August 29, 2021 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Buehner and Frieda Buehner; his wife Viona Neuharth; and his brothers, Hugo, Leonard and Oliver.
He is survived by: his children, David Luverne and Renee Ann; his children-in-law, Jan of Crooks, SD and Roger of Ashburn, VA; his grandchildren, Troy Buehner (Tricia), Stacy Aesoph (Ben) and Cody Buehner of Commerce Township, MI.; his brother Gilbert Buehner of Sioux Falls, SD.; and his great grandchildren, Elliott and Audrey Buehner.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Tieszen Memorial Home, Marion, SD or Zion Lutheran Church, Canistota, SD.
