She was predeceased by: her parents, Reinhold Roth and Emma Roth (Junke); her former husband John Nelson; her spouse Aksel Pedersen; her daughter Deb; her son-in-law Albert; and her granddaughter Denise.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene Tieszen, John Nelson (Connie) of Canistota, Janet Moller (Bill) of Mitchell and Carla Kroger (Tim) of Inwood, IA. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-granddaughter as well as many nieces and nephews.
