He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Serr and Winnie Serr (Hitchcock); and his brothers-in-law, Charlie Kasson and Russ Cox. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Ann Serr; his children, Tamara (Carter Bull), Todd Serr of Jamison, NE, Travis (Kathy Serr) and Tom (Tammi Serr); and his sisters, Zone Kasson of Swansea, IL and LaVon Cox of Montrose, CO. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, one great-grandchild expected in July and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
