He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Lengkeek and Wilhelmina Lengkeek (VanBeek). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lengkeek (Swigert); his son Cody (Katie); his grandsons, Braden and Henry Lengkeek; his son Wade (Julie); his grandchildren, Willa, Avyn and Nixon Lengkeek; and his sisters, Sylvia Eekhoff (Jim), Bonnie Lengkeek and Rose Fear (Steve). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
