He is survived by: his spouse Marilyn Palo; his children, Daniel of Vienna, SD, Carole Anton (Doug) of Ashland, OR, Julie Hofer (Matthew) of Oakland, CA, Mark of Bryant, SD, Gerald (Penny), Lori Ogren of Watertown, SD and Richard (Shelley); and his sisters, Jeanette Chapin (Roger) of Clark, LaVonne Heathershaw (Jerry) of Omaha and Charlene (James). He is also survived by wife of 65 years, 11 months; his 7 children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
