Phyllis Wolkow Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Wolkow (Bryant, South Dakota), who passed away on December 11, 2018 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kazmerzak and Catherine Kazmerzak; her husband Art Wolkow; her son David; and her siblings, Ruth (Finley) and Hubert (Kazmerzak).
She is survived by: her daughter Diane; her son-in-law Jim Burnett; and her sister-in-law Elaine (Kazmerzak). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Erwin Legion Auxiliary, Erwin Cemetery or Alzheimer Association.
