He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Whirledge and Mabel Whirledge (Poline); his sister-in-law Jerone Whirledge; and his niece Teresa Whirledge (Cody Verdon). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn of Bryant; his daughters, Donna Whirledge of Brookings, SD and Debra Laube (Dallas) of Bryant; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Moulton of Willow Lake and Cutler Laube of Bryant; and his brothers, Roger Whirledge and Larry Whirledge (JoAnn).
