It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine Kerkvliet of Bryant, South Dakota, born in Amiret, Minnesota, who passed away on March 2, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jules Dirckx and Sophie Dirckx (Loke); her husband Bernard "Barney" Kerkvliet; her son Gary; her grandson Jeremy; and her siblings, Ed Dirckx (Louise), Fran Dirckx and Shirley Bailey (Don).
She is survived by: her children, Greg Kerkvliet (Vicki) of Lake Norden, Brenda Wicks (Wade) of Carpenter, Brian Kerkvliet (Shelley) of Sundance, WY and Michele Birkholtz (Steven) of Willow Lake; and her sister-in-law Jean Dirckx of Marshall, MN.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and many great and great-great grandchildren.
