She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvanus Buck and Sadie Buck (Schamens); her husband Earl Kays; her siblings, Fern Johnson (Jim), Doris Knadle (Gene) and Donald Buck (Jeanne); and her granddaughter Sharron Rock (Jim).
She is survived by: her children, Mary Skelton (Reed), Rose Chapin (Terry), Desert and Dave Gubbins (Sue); and her siblings, Larry Buck (Rozann) of Vienna, SD, Jerry Buck (Renae) and Sandy Gregg (Billy) of Sioux Falls, SD.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
