He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Benton" Bare and Sue Bare (Hayes). He is survived by: his wife Jeanette (Hoffman); his sons, Ben (Katie Ward) of Glastonbury, CT and Stacy (Makenzie Selland) of Grand Rapids, MI.; his grandchildren, Benji, Tessa and Wilder; and his sisters-in-law, Angie Nelson (Gayle) and Rosalie Lurth (Bill).
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Eidsness Funeral Home (1617 Orchard Dr, Brookings, SD 57006).
