It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sidney Albert Peters (Brookings, South Dakota), who passed away on December 25, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Peters and Adelena Peters (Thoelke); his wife Lucille Mae Hicks; his siblings, Ivey Skarsten, Evelyn Miller, Mildred Midtovne, Mary Ellen Clarin and Robert Peters; and his grandson Scott Long.
He is survived by: his children, Lyle Peters (Donna) of Colorado Springs, Brian Peters (MaryLee) of Sioux Falls and Sandra Long (Glen) of Watertown; and his grandchildren, Mindy Long of Watertown, Brett Peters (Mandy) of Aurora, CO, Shawn Peters (Ann) of Sioux Falls, Molly Peters of Sioux Falls and Zach Peters of Brighton, CO. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
