It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Tennyson (Brookings, South Dakota), who passed away on August 13, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Schuler and Emelia Schuler (Eisenbraun); her husband Larry Tennyson; her children, LeAnn Henslin and Tenis Tennyson; and her brothers, Leonard, Eugene and Norman.

She is survived by: her daughter Kim Sheppard of Madison; her grandchildren, Chris Henslin (Hanna), Stephanie Wendland (Colton), Eric Sheppard (Caitlin) and Tenis K. Tennyson; her great grandchildren, Cailyn, Carston, Leah, Ryder, Breklynn and Kalan; and her sister-in-law Arva Schuler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
