She is survived by: her parents, Manuel Ramlo and Wanda Ramlo (Hanson); her husband Edward Phillips; her siblings, Kristi Buysse (Roger), Bette Steffen (Doug), Dean Ramlo (Molly) and Lois Jaragoske; her nieces and nephews, Derek Buysse (Emma), Sarah Stelter (Zack), Emily Buysse (Ben), Noah Steffen (Mia), Joshua Steffen, Addison, Jacob, Caleb Ramlo, Ari, Hannah and Adam Jaragoske; her stepchildren, Ruth Banks (Sonny), Gary Phillips (Jen) and Mark Phillips (Kristi); and her sister-in-law Peggy Place (Harlan). She is also survived by 3 step grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
