He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerhard Bjerke and Lillian Bjerke (Swartos); his brother Gerald; and his brother-in-law Ray Havrevold. He is survived by: his wife Wilma VanHoepen; his siblings, Judy Havrevold and Bryan Bjerke (Lisa); his siblings-in-law, Adriana Kleinjan, Harold VanHoepen and Beverly Bjerke; his son Brad (Sandy); his grandchildren, Bridget (Alex), Will and Hattie; his children, Jeff (Pat), Todd Bjerke, Lisa (Charlie) and Sievers; and his great grandchild Archie Isaacson.
