It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Alvin Packard of Brookings, South Dakota, who passed away on September 18, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward and Elsa Frances Packard (Bartels); and his wife Joan Marie Hemmer. He is survived by: his former spouse Lynn Hansen; his children, Tim Neyhart (Sandy), Shari Neyhart and Scott Packard; his grandchildren, Amber Neyhart (Eli Bueno), Kim Smith (Collin), Katherine Neyhart and James Bond; and his great grandchildren, Seren and Lathen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
