She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Zeller and Ruth Zeller; her husband Craig; her children, Angelique Benson, Nathaniel Hornig (Laurie), Brigitte McNames (Josh), Andrea Scheele (Brent), Beau Hornig (Nikki) and Nicolette Bulian (Chris); her stepchildren, Erin Walz, Adam Walz (MinhHa) and Noah Walz (Kelsey); her grandchildren, Skye, Trevor, Gunner, Blake, Taylor, Ciara, River, Ella, Easton, Owen, Aubree, Cooper, Quinn, Nora, Gracie and Oliver; her stepgrandsons, Oliver and Felix; and her siblings, Richard Zeller (Barb) and Rebecca Ronning (Kurt).

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the family is holding a private celebration of Roberta's life in "Grandma's Park" at their home.
