He is survived by: his wife Linda Oines of Brookings, SD; his daughter Michele Kelliher; his grandchildren, Michael Kelliher, Chelsea Kelliher, Brianna Becher and Evan Becher; his great grandchild Madden; and his brother Paul Oines (Marilyn) of Westerville, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
