Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Howey Jr. and Barbara Howey (Johnson). He is survived by: his siblings, Lyle Howey III (Dawn) of Hartford, SD, Vicki Tirrel (Richard) of River Falls, WI, Richard Howey (Kay) of Brookings, SD and Kristine Gambs (Julien) of Humboldt, SD. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; and numerous extended family.
