He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Even and Anna Wiese Even; his wife Gloria Clipper; his children, Peggy Ann, Ricky Robert, Peg Jordan and Rick Even (Anna); his son-in-law George Montgomery (Jodi); his grandchildren, Jill Pratt (Wes), Scott Montgomery (Julia), Stacy Zupan, Shawna Bergman, Jeremy Even (Esther) and Jennifer Cotten (David); his great grandchildren, Hayden Pratt (Alex), KayLee Pratt, Cole, Jade Montgomery, Anthony, Madalyn, Morgan Even and Brady Cotten; his daughter Linda Montgomery; his son-in-law Nathan Jordan; and his siblings, Don, Ken Even and Marge Hendrickson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eidsness Funeral and Cremation Services (1617 Orchard Dr, Brookings, SD 57006). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church-Elkton (301 Elk St, Elkton, SD 57026).
