It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Dale Houtkooper of Brookings, South Dakota, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Houtkooper and Mabel Houtkooper; his wife Delores Houtkooper; and his brothers, Glenn Houtkooper and Clifford Houtkooper.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Houtkooper (Jackie) of Lewisburg, TN, Paul Houtkooper (Susan) of Highland, NY and Julie Golden (Bob) of Woodbury, MN; his grandchildren, Olivia Bartholow (Thomas), Colin Golden (Leah) and Max Golden (Brittany Heilman); and his great grandchildren, Cooper, Danny Bartholow and Mila Golden.
