Richard Wahlstrom Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Wahlstrom of Brookings, South Dakota, who passed away on January 23, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hugo and Edna Wahlstrom (Erickson); and his brother Lee. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Kent (Catherine) of Rapid City, Mark Willard (Nancy) of Sioux Falls and Ronald Eric (Shirlee Speed) of Portland, OR; his grandchildren, Marcel (Sherry), Dane, Bryan, Dustin (Laura), Aaron (Melisa) and Chelsey Wahlstrom (Anthony Virgilio); his great grandchildren, Mikah, Kahmali, Isla, Charlotte and Matthew Wahlstrom; his sister Barbara Davis; and his extended family, Reinhard, Sally Jahns, Lucia Luond, Hilary Kowino and Christopher Wagner.
