He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Bjorklund. He is survived by: his sister Phylliss Nielsen; his children, Phillip Richard Nichols (Nancy) and Kathleen Marie Karen (Eric); his grandchildren, Zachary Nichols (Brooke), Adam Nichols, Kyle Miller, Joseph Miller and Carson Miller-Ross; and his great grandchild Henry Nichols.
Memorials are preferred to the Harvest Table in honor of Dick.
