It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Hartley of Brookings, South Dakota, who passed away on August 8, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Hartley and Blanche Hartley (Tyler); and his siblings, Robert (Hartley), Kenneth Hartley, Chester Hartley (Olga), George Hartley (Zena), Hazel Dunker (Delos), Ruth Madsen (Maurice), Dorothy Quissel (Donald) and Lois Dunker (Wendell). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
