She was predeceased by: her parents, William Frerichs and Minnie Frerichs of Corona, SD.; her husbands, Harvey Nordquist and Erv Huether; and her siblings, Emil, Elmer, Ralph Frerichs and Alice Steege.
She is survived by: her former husband Ervin Huether of Brookings, SD; her children, Leland Nordquist (Deonne) of Brookings, Eileen Hoeke (Steve Erickson) of Brandon, SD and Paulette Frederickson (John) of Spearfish, SD.; her stepchildren, David Huether, Mary Cech of Brookings and Brenda Akland of Alcester, SD.; and her grandchildren, Rollie, Bob, Rod, Reggie Hoeke, Kalee Greve, Brooke, Travis and Crystal Frederickson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests in lieu of flowers memorials be given to Mt. Calvary Lutheran church or Brookings Hospice.
