He is survived by: his sisters, Debbie Wensel (Gordy) of Mesa, AZ and Jean Kappedal of Pheonix, AZ; his nephew Keith Kappedal (Crissy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob and Taylor of Ozark, MO. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles and all of his special friends.
