He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Lyons and Shirley Lyons; and his brother Bruce Hubbard. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughter Mandy Lyons (Bill); his grandsons, Chet and Wyatt; his daughter Meghan Calabro (Joji) of Prairie Village, KS; his grandchildren, Moxie and Maxton; and his sisters, Kris Hubbard of Sturgis and Frani Pilgrim (Kevin) of Gravette, AR. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in Pat's name to the SDSU Foundation (c/o Patrick A. Lyons Scholarship), the Brookings Regional Humane Society, and the Alzheimer's Association.
