He was predeceased by: his father Jean Frances Bibby (Starksen); and his brother John "Jay" Bibby. He is survived by: his former wife Susan McDaniel; his wife Rhonda Hoffman; his children, Kyle, Meghan, Stefani and Elly Jo Wagner (Reese); his grandchildren, Weston, Jocelyn and Abby; his son Jay Bibby-Kelley (Jennifer); his grandson Jeffrey; his great grandchild Lily; his grandchildren, Jadyn, Jenna, Jackson, Kyle Bibby (Tera) and Meghan Bibby (Matt Cook); his great grandchildren, Brewer and Hazel; his grandchild Stefani Schelhaas (Jon); his great grandchildren, Harrison and Maren; his siblings, Steve Bibby and Mary Jo Bibby; his niece Emily Siira; and his nephew Ross Vander Vorste.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rude's Funeral Home (105 W 8th St S, Brookings, SD 57006). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
