She was predeceased by: her father Gaylord Keck; and her brother-in-law Edward Andersen. She is survived by: her mother Mary Keck of Ortonville, MN; her husband David Szafryk; her children, Dana (Jay) of Sioux Falls, SD and Jay of Sheboygan, WI; her sister Susan Andersen of Ortonville; and her nephew Lars Andersen of Oxford, MS..
Although floral gifts are appreciated, the Szafryk family suggests that donations be made to family so that they may be given to a charity important to Nancy's interests.
