She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Murphy and Marie Murphy (Gehant); her husband Donald DeBoer; her son Douglas; and her grandson Jesse DeBoer.
She is survived by: her children, Brian (Gerri), Marlin DeBoer (Rennie) of Mitchell, SD and Karla Carpenter (Steve) of Brookings, SD; and her sisters-in-law, Lorrie Murphy of Bakersfield, CA and Alice Knutson of Duluth, MN.. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorials be directed to The Neighborhoods at Brookview Activities Fund.
