She is survived by: her spouse Russell Starr; and her children, Cheryl Rahm-McGrath of Sioux Falls, SD, Carleen Dixon (Bruce) of Brookings, Curtis Rahm (Patty) of Turton, Carmen Rahm (Linda) of Kent, WA and Christopher Rahm of Aberdeen, SD. She is also survived by wife, mother, grandmother and sister who will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
