It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Skubic (Brookings, South Dakota), born in Gilbert, Minnesota, who passed away on February 26, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Finc and Mary Finc (Steh); her daughter Marie; her siblings, Cyril and Betty; and her daughter-in-law Juan Duan Skubic.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Skubic of Brookings, SD; her children, Patrick Skubic of Norman, OK, Stanley Skubic (Blanche) of Gold River, CA and Marjorie Skubic (Daniel Fischbach) of Columbia, MO; and her grandchildren, Marie Skubic, Victoria Skubic (Tori), Sarah Skubic, Kathryn Cecil, Theresa Skubic Fischbach and Michel Jacques Fischbach (Jake).
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Louis and Mary Ann Skubic Scholarship fund at South Dakota State University.
