He was predeceased by: his father Gerrit Lengkeek (Ulvestad); his sons, Loren, Laron, Larry and Lance; his brothers, Gene and Leroy; and his grandson Casey.

He is survived by: his wife Janelle Bidwell; his daughters, Cheryl Brandsrud and Donna Oleson (Chuck); and his sisters, Dolores Lengkeek (Wally) and Betty Bottum. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
