He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerry Bass and Gladys Bass (Grimes); and his sisters, Lillian Reed and Doreen Pippitt. He is survived by: his wife Dollie Bass; his children, Donna Robinson and Pastor Gerry Bass (Cathy) of Brookings; his grandchildren, Pastor Greg Robinson (Sue) of Rapid City, Angie Niehs (Don) of Lenaxa, KS, Pastor Jeremy Robinson (Joan) of Brookings and Pastor Gerry L. Bass (Sarah) of Becker, MN; his great grandchildren, Desirae, Ashton, Hayley, Jace, Kailee, Madison and Faith; his sisters, Jean of Bend, OR and Eleanor of Salem, OR; and his brothers-in-law, Del of Redmond, OR and Bernie of Ft. Worth, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
